Stuart Hall believes in the next generation, the power of influence, and fueling teenagers, parents, leaders, athletes, coaches, and educators to become leaders worth following.

Powered by almost four decades of next-generation leadership experience, including leading three faith community youth ministries, working with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and a stellar 24-year tenure in the non-profit sector, Stuart is an author, thought leader, and sought-after communicator.

Stuart currently leads INFLUNSR.™, a leadership development strategy boutique of data and research-influenced services and resources for select interdenominational faith communities, organizations, and schools as they influence the next generation and those who lead the next generation — parents, leaders, athletes, coaches, and educators — all whose needs are expansive, incredibly nuanced, and more complicated than ever.

Stuart speaks to thousands of junior high, high school, and college students, student-athletes, youth leaders, parents, adults, coaches, educators, and leaders every year. Among numerous events, Stuart is a recurring communicator at BigStuf Camps, RMH, The Salvation Army, FUSE Camps, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes events.

Stuart has co-authored two books: the award-winning The Seven Checkpoints: Seven Principles Every Teenager Needs to Know© and MAX Q: Developing Students of Influence©, as well as a cited contributor in Eleventh: Parenting Through the “I Don’t Know” PHASE© and What Most Parents Aren’t Telling You©. Future research collaborations include developing resources for teenagers, parents, and youth leaders regarding parenting, deconstruction, and sexual ethics for the next generation.

Before his COVID-19 health crisis in 2020, Stuart served for ten years as a community high school varsity girls assistant basketball coach for the eight-time GHSA (Georgia) state champion Buford High School Lady Wolves. Notable among Buford’s heralded basketball tradition is former Tennessee Lady Volunteers basketball standout and acclaimed ESPN basketball analyst Andraya Carter.

Stuart and his wife, Kellee, reside in Atlanta, Georgia, and have three young adult children: son Grant and daughters Chandler and Cameron.
